Measure one blind wrong and we will remake it. Custom window coverings are made to one window and cannot be resold, which is why most sellers make a mis-measure your problem. We cover your first one.
The remake guarantee
Measure in good faith, and if a blind does not fit we will remake it to the corrected size at no charge.
- One remake per customer. The guarantee covers a single blind, once — it is there so a first order does not punish you for a learning curve, not as an open-ended re-order allowance.
- Additional re-makes are quoted as new blinds.
- Tell us the corrected size and we build the replacement on our normal production schedule.
Before you measure, read the measuring guide. It prevents almost every mis-measure we see.
Minimum order
Orders start at three blinds. We are a factory rather than a retail shelf, and a three-blind minimum is what makes a custom production run and Canada-wide shipping worth doing at factory-direct pricing. The three can be any mix of sizes and fabrics.
Manufacturing warranty
Every shade is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Components, mechanisms and fabric are inspected by hand before the shade is boxed.
Cord safety
Our zebra shades are operated by a continuous-loop chain. You choose the chain drop when you order, and every shade ships with a tension device that fastens the chain to the wall or window frame so it is held taut rather than hanging loose.
The anchor is not optional. Fasten it before you use the shade, and keep cribs, beds, playpens and anything else a child can climb well away from the chain.
WARNING — STRANGULATION HAZARD: Young children can be strangled by cords. Immediately remove this product if a cord longer than 22 cm or a loop exceeding 44 cm around becomes accessible.
